FYI – This amazing crab dip looks great on a purple corn chip!
Ingredients
2-120g can of Gold Seal Crab Meat drained
1-500mg Mascarpone cheese
1 tbsp. finely chopped chives
1/2 cup Nutra Farms Bacon finely diced
1 tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary
½ cup finely chopped onions
1 tbsp extra virgin Olive oil
1 bag Corn Chip Scoops
Prep & Directions
1. In a large non stick fry pan over medium/high heat – add olive Oil, onions, and sauté until onions start to soften.
2. Once onions are soft, add chives, Rosemary, Nutrafarms Bacon, and Gold Seal crab meat.
3. Continue to sauté for 2 – 3 minutes. Add cheese and stir until Cheese is completely melted.
4. Remove from heat. Place a tablespoon of crab mixture on corn chips and serve.
